KIVALUE Successfully Implements End-to-End Merchandise & Assortment Planning Solution for Triumph

November 2024 – KIVALUE, a leading consulting firm specialising in planning solutions, is pleased to announce the successful design and implementation of an end-to-end Merchandise & Assortment Planning solution for Triumph, leveraging Centric Planning™. This project represents a significant milestone in transforming Triumph's pre-season planning process, delivering a fully integrated and streamlined approach.

The project scope included a comprehensive top-down Merchandise Plan, encompassing budgeting across various Merchandise Channels, a bottom-up Option Planning process, and a sophisticated Assortment and Order Plan. This provided automated planning suggestions and a visual approach for Customer Cluster-driven assortment definition, supporting several flexible, channel-specific workflows. These processes provide Triumph with a cohesive and efficient system, driving performance from strategy to execution.


Integrated and Efficient Solutions

A key feature of the solution is its deep integration with Triumph’s existing systems. Articles are seamlessly linked with their PLM system, while SAP functions as the backbone for Order Management. The solution is now live and actively used by Triumph, significantly enhancing the efficiency and cohesiveness of their merchandise planning process.

Next Steps

Following the success of the pre-season planning system, KIVALUE and Triumph are now advancing to the design and implementation of an In-Season Planning process. This phase aims to bring the same level of integration and efficiency to the entire merchandise lifecycle.
