This project represents a significant milestone in transforming Triumph's pre-season planning process, delivering a fully integrated and streamlined approach.The project scope included a comprehensive top-down Merchandise Plan, encompassing budgeting across various Merchandise Channels, a bottom-up Option Planning process, and a sophisticated Assortment and Order Plan. This provided automated planning suggestions and a visual approach for Customer Cluster-driven assortment definition, supporting several flexible, channel-specific workflows.
