Various gaps in existing supply chain network and changing fabric of demand structure created the need to optimise entire system of distribution centre locations.

Our review of company’s current processes and future modelling identified required levers to optimise distribution network for each product category, achieving long-term reduction in transportation and people costs. We have projected 7 scenarios of supply chain structure accounting for closing several existing distribution centres and re-opening new ones in commercially viable locations. We have also modelled direct-to-consumer structure in suitable locations to further reduce operational costs.
